Agent Orange victim in a day care centre managed by the Vietnamese Association for Agent Orange Victims (VAVA). Agent Orange is a chemical defoillant rich in dioxin that was massively used by the American Army in clearance operations during the Vietnam War. Although its use was stopped in 1971, almost 50 years later descendants of affected victims are still born with mental and/or physical problems due to the toxicity of the dioxin passed on through generations.
